Refund policy


All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, store credits, or refunds. Please make sure the correct coupon code and/or address are provided before checkout.

Orders cannot be modified or altered once they are placed.

We are not responsible for damaged products as a result of USPS mishandling.

Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to process and ship.

We are not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged products unless it is a manufacturing damage, which can be claimed for up to 24 hours after receiving the package. If you contact us after more than 24 hours have passed, we have the right to reject the claim.


All sales are final and cannot be cancelled once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges, due to sanitary reasons.

If a product is damaged (manufacturing damage), we will take responsibility and replace it once evidence of the damaged product is provided and the item is shipped back to us (we are not responsible for the shipping charge). We cannot replace or exchange used items.

Please note that we do not refund money under any circumstances. (SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE)

If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for the extra shipping fee in order for us to ship it again.

Please note that when an item is described as a "pre-order", it means that your entire order will be shipped the date the item arrives to our warehouse. If you order other items along with the "pre-order" item, they will also be delayed. If you wish to receive the other items first, separate orders need to be placed.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return (only applicable for damaged/defective items) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at our contact us page.
