I’ve ordered from this business many times in the past. This will be my last time. I’ve been trying to reach support to cancel my subscription with no response. This is the second time I’ve needed support and they take way longer than stated in their policy to return messages and don’t even look at their support email. I’m now worried I will be charged again because there is no way to cancel subscriptions yourself. My last order was lost in the mail and I felt the support was lacking then but now it is just non existent. I will order elsewhere from now on.
