I’ve purchased from the website over a month ago— have informed on Instagram and TikTok that the order is missing. I have proof that the order is still in pre-shipment status. No updates, no refunds, no communication whatsoever. It truly upsets me. Not to say the very first time I’ve ordered this product (last year) was great. The product does work wonders beyond imagination. I just want my order. That’s it.
